What we know and believe is that on Ideal-centric, pure, God-loving
uplifted family life, lies the foundation stone of eternal peace and
happiness of a society. And the reigns of a family are to be held by
a woman. As such a woman must be endowed with some inherent virtues
basing on which she can play a dominant role in the formation of a
society.
`Ideal' according to Sree Sree Thakur means an `embodied
ideal'. "Without embodied ideal ethere is no conflict." The
word `Thakur' means a man who knocks. In our normal life He creates
conflict in us with our complexes. The complexes can be recognized
as complexes through our attachment for Him and thus they gradually
become adjusted and it is thus, a man grows. There is no limit as to
how far a man can progress through attachment for the Ideal. Sree
Sree Thakur has said, "Nari hotey janmey jaati" meaning a nation is
born out of woman. Indeed, woman is the only creation of the
Almighty who gives birth to the child– a child who becomes the
future citizen of a nation. For the proper development of a child,
the role of a mother is great. As such our beloved Lord has given
woman, the pride of place by saying that it is she who is ordained
by norm and nature in her eugenic life to have better children, so
she must make them blessed by educating them up through proper
adjustment and behaviour.
A child from its infancy clutches on to its mother. As it grows up,
with wide open eyes it sees what its mother does. As such, "A mother
has to be very cautious while performing her duties and
responsibilities. She should impart proper training to her children
from their very infancy. The father should see that the child
actively serves the mother and the mother must see that the child
serves the father. If the attachment of the wife for the husband be
not wisely conscious, the child's physical health may be good but
his mental health may not be good. As such a woman must devote her
heart and soul for the ideal, our family as well, shall centre
around it. Though there may be wants and complaints and a struggling
period for a few days, this cannot last long if one can carry out
the work of the Ideal or if one is sufficiently interested in
establishing Ideal. Integration and consolidation will gradually set
in the family."
"The root of a society is family. Basing on a family, a human being
can achieve the experiences of a society. The family life centers
round a child. Today's child is the future of a nation. As such, if
a child is healthy and possesses the virtuous traits of a character,
the future of a nation is bright. As such, "when Ideal, individual
and environment fulfil one another in a concord, with an uplift of
exuberance that moves the life onward with an intelligent flow—
perfection resides there indeed."
So, "the female who being herself charmed and cheerful, elevates her
husband with an exuberance of good dealings, service, love and
admiration, and thus bears him, is sure to have a child of health,
life and knowledge."
So, come, let us all move ahead the path enlightened by our Lord.
The time is ripe for us to bask in the blessings of the Lord. All
hidden doors to build a spiritually perfect society lies wide open
in front of us. Let us "perform with apt immediacy what we are
instructed by our Instructor and Master Love to do. Any negligence
in this may bring in dangers and disappoinments," so let us "be
alert and sharp with irresistible pursuit;" Let us "not be deceived
and sterile," let us "follow our Master, the beloved and act
accordingly with efficient manipulation till we achieve success;"
Let us "not be stupid and weak or depressed and morose;" Let
us "serve tactfully through words, deeds and service and be
successful." Let us "think systematically and see everything
discretely and collectively, be one with many in conception,
activity and desire and be strong enough— then only we can build up
a perfect society."
It is a great blessing and an ennobling privilege that we have been
born in the lifetime of a man who simultaneously lives the highest
truth, and enunciates them in the most positive, rational and
scientific manner. Let us try to mould the course of human
civilization towards a meaningful purpose so that the Kingdom of
Heaven be established here on earth in all its glory and grandeur."
